Silicon cone shaped High Aspect Ratio tip with fully rotational symmetry, designend for non-contact- / tapping-mode, high resonance frequency mode. The DT type offers an outstanding high perfomance. Each tip is SEM quality controled. This type offers unique features: length of the high aspect ratio portio of the tip > 1 μm, half con angle < 2°.Tip diameter at 1 μm from apex: 70 nm. Aspect ratio > 14:1. Total tip height: > 10 μm, tip radius < 15 nm.
