Product Description:

The SC-10-M is SmartTip®s high end MFM probe in terms of resolution. It is has been developed to image very small features on hard magnetic media. With its reduced coating thickness it trades signal strength for resolution. However It can also be applied to selected soft magnetic samples. Although the field strength at the tip apex is strong, the field is very confined and therefore often not moving domain walls in soft magnetic media.
