Product Description:
Silicon cone shaped tip with fully rotational symmetry, tilt compensated. Designend for deep trench measurements in non-contact- / tapping-mode, high resonance frequency mode. The TCDT type offers an outstanding high perfomance. Each tip is SEM quality controled. This type offers unique features: effective length of the > 6 μm, tip diameter at 6 μm from apex: 400 nm. Total tip height: > 10 μm.
