Product Description:
NANOSENSORS™ TL-CONT sensors are designed for special applications where no tip at the cantilever is needed.
The probe offers unique features:
- no tip
- highly doped to dissipate static charge
- chemically inert
- high mechanical Q-factor for high sensitivity
