Lady's Island, South Carolina - October 27th, 2010Ambios has been purchased by KLA Tencor and KLA will not continue supplying pre-mounted probes. NanoAndMore has added new pre-mounted products including soft-tapping (150KHz) and phase imaging/topography (75KHz) and has lowered the price on some of the pre-mounted products. Our web site now shows the new products and pricing and they are already available. Anyone who has been dealing with Ambios or Quesant in the past, please contact us so we can continue to supply your AFM needs with the application correct pre-mounted probes and calibration standards.
