Shipment Methods:

We ship all products via Federal Express based on customers desired method of shipment. Shipment charges are added to the invoice unless customer provides us with their own FedEx account number. /half

Return/Refund Policy:

Returns must be authorized by Nanoandmore USA. If returned merchandise is received in like new condition within 90 days a credit will be applied minus a service fee.
