Return Merchandise Authorization Process:
If you are experiencing a Quality or Technical issue that we can’t resolve remotely, we may authorize a return. Before returning any merchandise purchased from NanoAndMore USA Corp., please contact us by email at email@example.com

After our Probes Team authorizes the return of the product, please ship the merchandise back to NanoAndMore USA Corp. The return address is as listed on our contact page www.nanoandmore.com/contact
Product Replacement or Refund
Once the return is approved by our staff and the product is received back at our facility our Quality team will inspect the merchandise for the Quality complaint. If our Quality team confirms the complaint is valid, we will issue a full Refund or a product Replacement accordingly.
ONLY if the returned merchandise is received back in like new condition with Quality seal intact and within 31 days a credit will be applied minus a service fee of $60USD. We will either refund the money to your credit card or we will send you a check.
ONLY if our Quality team confirms that the returned merchandise is defective, we will then provide a free replacement. The free replacement will be shipped within 2 business days, and we ship via FedEx.
Refund Process Timeframe:
Customers will be refunded their order within 14 days after the Return Merchandise Authorization Process is complete.
